5.1. This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our Site and to our Service M8 App Based Database system along with Quickbooks. Our Site may contain links to other websites.. 9.3.2. Protecting yourself against viruses by running anti-virus software

9.3.4. Allowing only authorised staff into certain computer areas, eg by controlling entry to these areas by passwords
9.3.5. Always logging off or turning terminals off and if possible locking them avoiding accidental deletion of files by write-protecting disks
