Wanting to improve our home security we contacted Simon at Alder Security for advice and a quote. Simon Alder visited us and was really helpful in assisting us to select the system that best suited our needs. That was in terms of the areas covered by the sensors and, importantly for us 'non-techies', the ease with which the systems actually operated. Simon identified openly and clearly up front the benefits/dis-benefits of wireless and wired systems in our situation, and the cost implications of installing and maintaining the systems (replacement batteries, servicing, adding additional sensors if required for smoke and carbon-monoxide etc.). We had all the information we needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. Installation was very painless, very well executed and explained, and we actually enjoyed the experience!
